RN (Registered Nurse)

Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members. Our RN:

  • Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • RN’s provide comprehensive care for adult patients in a variety of areas:
  • Pain and Symptom management
  • Medication instruction and management
  • Surgical aftercare
  • Infusion therapy
  • Wound and ostomy care
  • Incontinence management and catheter care
  • Anti-coagulation therapy
  • Disease management and self -care of chronic conditions which may include the following:
    Diabetes;
    Cardiovascular (Heart Failure);
    Respiratory ( COPD and Emphysema);
    Renal failure;
    Neurologic disorders (Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease)

LVN (Licensed vocational nurse)

LVNs work under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians, providing basic bedside care to patients. LVNs monitor patients by measuring their vital signs, like heart rate and blood pressure. LVNs may also assist patients with basic hygiene and instruct family members on how to assist their loved ones in these areas. Other responsibilities of a LVN may also include:

  • Administering medication
  • Collecting blood and urine samples
  • Recording patient history and personal information
  • Changing bandages

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Our CNA’s report to either registered nurses or licensed practical or licensed vocational nurses. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide intimate, hands-on healthcare to patients in medical settings, helping with bathing, dressing and the basic activities of life. CNA’s will also assist with:

  • Turning or repositioning bedridden patients
  • Documenting patients’ health issues and report to nurses
  • Cleaning rooms and bed linens
  • Helping with medical procedures
  • Bathe and dress patients
  • Examine patients for bruises or other injuries/wounds
  • Clean and sanitize patient areas
  • Restock rooms with necessary supplies

Ultrasound Technician

Ultrasound technicians image organs and other structures inside a patient’s body using equipment that relies on sound wave technology. The ultrasound images or scans they capture are used to diagnose and monitor medical conditions, abnormalities or diseases. Ultrasound techs work in together with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and radiologists. They also help prepare patients for procedures, maintain ultrasound equipment, record patient history and present findings to the medical team. As diagnostic medical sonographers, they help interpret ultrasound images.


X-ray Technologist

Our X-ray technologists use cutting-edge imaging methods to visualize the inside of the human body. The pictures they create help physicians to diagnose and treat illnesses or injuries with great accuracy.

Physical Therapist

Provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care. They assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. They Initiate the physical therapy program and instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with a patient, as well as instructing them as to the goals of the physical therapy program for the patient by participating in case conferences.
